As guitar players we may experience many problems when we play with chord progressions:

1.We may not understand how the chords 'connect' with each other

2.We may not understand why chords follow each other in that particular order

  1. If we are writing a melody or improvising a lead, we may not understand what notes work on them and what are our options for melodic lines

These seem to be three completely unrelated problems, and yet the solution is the same - and we are going to see it in today's video.
