Easy Jazz Guitar Licks

If you play in styles like Blues and Jazz, then your guitar heroes are probably using a lot of notes that are "out of scale". The difference is that then they play these notes, they make them sound good... but if you try they simply sound "wrong". Why?

This is because they mastered a number of "tricks" that make the wrong notes sound right. Now the best thing you can do is NOT try to learn a looong list of all these tricks: with that much choice you will most likely never master even one of them... and here it's paramount to master what you learn otherwise these "outside" notes will still sound "wrong".

A good way to proceed, on the other hand, is to learn ONE simple good trick, and then spend some time mastering it. I have created for you a video that show one very simple trick, that will give you a surprising range of sounds. It's very unlikely that you will ever outgrow what you can do with it.
